1. アプリケーションについて

本プライバシーポリシーは、以下のアプリケーション(以下、「本アプリ」といいます)における利用者情報の取り扱いについて定めたものです。

2. 取得するユーザー情報と利用目的

本アプリは、以下の情報を取得・利用します。

(1) Google アカウント情報

  • 取得内容: Googleアカウントのメールアドレスおよびプロフィール情報。
  • 利用目的: ユーザーの本人確認(ログイン認証)および、分析履歴データの紐付け管理のため。
  • 取得方法: Google Sign-In機能(userinfo.email)を通じて取得します。

(2) Google Analytics 4 (GA4) レポートデータ

  • 取得内容: セッション数、ユーザー数、ページビュー数、コンバージョン数などのWebサイト統計データ。
  • 利用目的: 本アプリの機能である「Webサイト分析レポート」を作成し、AIによる分析を行うため。
  • 取得方法: ユーザーが本アプリ専用のサービスアカウント(ボット)に対して、GA4プロパティの「閲覧権限」を付与することで、当該サービスアカウントを通じてデータを参照します。
  • 特記事項: 本アプリがユーザー個人のGoogleアカウントからGA4の操作権限(OAuthトークン)を直接取得することはありません。

(3) ユーザーの入力データ

  • 取得内容: テキスト入力または音声入力された質問内容。
  • 利用目的: 分析の指示およびAIへのプロンプトとして使用するため。

3. データの第三者提供とAIの利用について

本アプリは、取得したGA4データおよび質問内容を分析するために、Google社が提供する生成AI「Gemini API」を使用します。

  • データは分析レポート生成の目的でのみGemini APIに送信されます。
  • Gemini APIを通じて送信されたデータが、GoogleのAIモデルの学習に使用されることはありません(Google Cloudのデータプライバシー規定に準拠)。
  • 上記および法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく第三者に個人データを提供することはありません。

4. データの保存と保護について(保持・削除ポリシー)

(1) データの保存

  • 分析履歴: 本アプリの利便性向上のため、ユーザーが行った「質問内容」および生成された「分析結果」の履歴(直近データ)を、提供者の管理するデータベース(Google Spreadsheets等)に保存します。これらのデータは、当該ユーザーが自身の履歴を閲覧する目的でのみ使用されます。
  • GA4データ: GA4から取得した生の統計データ自体を永続的にデータベースへ保存することはありません。分析完了後、必要なレポート形式に変換されたデータのみが履歴として保存されます。

(2) データの保護

  • データは転送中および保管中において、SSL/TLSなどの暗号化技術を用いて保護されます。
  • 保存された履歴データは、そのデータの所有者(ログインしたユーザー本人)のみがアクセスできるよう、厳格なアクセス制御を行っています。

(3) データの削除

  • ユーザーはいつでも本アプリの利用を停止できます。
  • ユーザーがGA4管理画面から当ツールのサービスアカウントの権限を削除した場合、本アプリは即座に新たなデータへのアクセスを失います。

5. Google APIの限定的使用要件への準拠

「AI Webアナリスト 大司馬くん」によるGoogle APIから受け取った情報の利用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API Services User Data Policy(Limited Use要件を含む)に準拠します。

6. プライバシーポリシーの変更

本ポリシーの内容は、法令改正やアプリの仕様変更に伴い、予告なく変更されることがあります。

Privacy Policy

1. About This Application

This Privacy Policy describes how user information is handled by the following application (hereinafter referred to as "this App").

2. User Information We Collect and Purpose of Use

This App collects and uses the following information:

(1) Google Account Information

  • Information Collected: Email address and profile information associated with your Google Account.
  • Purpose of Use: For user authentication (login) and to manage analysis history associated with your account.
  • Method of Collection: Obtained via the Google Sign-In feature (userinfo.email).

(2) Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Report Data

  • Information Collected: Website statistical data such as sessions, users, page views, and conversions.
  • Purpose of Use: To generate "Website Analysis Reports" and perform AI-based analysis.
  • Method of Collection: Data is accessed via a dedicated Service Account (Bot) to which the user grants "Viewer" permission in their GA4 property.
  • Note: This App does not acquire GA4 operation permissions (OAuth tokens) directly from the user's personal Google Account.

(3) User Input Data

  • Information Collected: Questions entered via text or voice input.
  • Purpose of Use: To provide instructions for analysis and prompts for the AI.

3. Third-Party Data Sharing and AI Usage

This App uses Google's generative AI "Gemini API" to analyze the collected GA4 data and user questions.

  • Data is sent to the Gemini API solely for the purpose of generating analysis reports.
  • Data sent through the Gemini API will not be used for training Google's AI models (in compliance with Google Cloud's data privacy regulations).
  • Except as described above and as required by law, we will not provide personal data to third parties without user consent.

4. Data Storage and Protection (Retention and Deletion Policy)

(1) Data Storage

  • Analysis History: To improve user experience, the App stores a history of "Questions" asked and the generated "Analysis Results" (recent entries) in the Provider's database (e.g., Google Spreadsheets). This data is used solely for the purpose of allowing the user to view their own history.
  • GA4 Data: We do not permanently store raw statistical data obtained from GA4 in our database. Only the data converted into the necessary report format after analysis is saved as history.

(2) Data Protection

  • Data is protected using encryption technologies such as SSL/TLS during transmission and storage.
  • Stored history data is subject to strict access controls, ensuring that only the owner of the data (the logged-in user) can access it.

(3) Data Deletion

  • Users can stop using this App at any time.
  • If a user removes the Service Account's permissions from their GA4 administration settings, this App will immediately lose access to any new data.

5. Compliance with Google API Limited Use Requirements

"AI Web Analyst Daishiba-kun" will use and transfer information received from Google APIs in accordance with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

The content of this policy may be changed without notice due to legal amendments or changes in the App's specifications.
